All About Me

Hi!  My name is Selena Cherry and I am launching this store in celebration of my 50th birthday. I am a mother of two boys and grandmother to five amazing grandchildren: two beauitful girls and three handsome boys. I grew up in Philadelphia and attended the number one all-girl catholic school there. I now live in New York City and have worked as a civilian member of service for the NYPD for 15 years. 

One of my greatest passions in life is traveling alone. I have taken an eight day cruise and traveled to Canada via bus tour all alone and I find it extremely cleansing to go explore the world without distractions.

I have chosen to start this business because I suffer from migraines. I have always love candles but sometimes the scent would exacerbate my migraines which set me off on a journey to learn why. After many months of experimenting and crafting, I have found my own personal formula and my goal is to give you the best all natural candle that I can. I hope that you will try a candle or wax melt from Bambrey Street Creations and love it.
